AVANCE North Texas

Mission: AVANCE walks alongside children and families to achieve social and economic justice. We envision a world where all children and families have equitable access to resources and opportunities to reach their fullest potential, transforming the communities in which we live.

Challenge: The client sought grant funding to support two-generational educational programming for parents and preschool-aged children across Dallas and Tarrant Counties. Their initiatives also included mental health services and leadership development for Latino families—critical but often underfunded areas.

Engagement: Now in our fourth year of partnership, we provided grant research, writing, and submission services to secure sustainable funding for their impactful programs.

Results: To date, our collaboration has helped the organization secure over half a million dollars in grant funding—with continued growth on the horizon.

Favorite Part of Working with This Client: A highlight of this engagement was visiting their program at a Fort Worth elementary school. We spent three hours observing the full scope of services—from parent education classes to age-specific enrichment groups for children. It was deeply rewarding to witness firsthand the powerful impact of the work we helped fund.
