Mission: Invite our unhoused neighbors into an engaged community. TOOF focuses on low-barrier access and client-led solutions, emphasizing dignity and reintegration. With programs like Workforce First, TOOF positions itself as an inclusive problem solver, offering immediate, practical solutions for those seeking to invest in themselves. By empowering individuals with the tools to regain autonomy and stability, TOOF actively contributes to breaking down systemic barriers in homelessness, paving the way for long-term societal change.

Challenge: The client needed to raise significant funding to support innovative, transformative initiatives aimed at addressing homelessness in Austin.

Engagement: We led comprehensive grant research, writing, and submission efforts, while also guiding data strategy through the development of interactive dashboards used for both internal decision-making and compelling external storytelling.

Results: Our efforts have helped secure hundreds of thousands of dollars in funding, while the data dashboards we developed continue to play a critical role in strategic planning and measuring program impact.

Favorite Part of Working with This Client: Visiting their facilities in person and witnessing the tangible growth and progress firsthand has been deeply meaningful—bringing full circle the impact of the work we support behind the scenes.
