Challenge: Several departments and schools at UT Austin needed fresh, effective facilitation for their annual strategic planning sessions to help align goals and drive progress.

Engagement: We led customized half-day and full-day strategic planning sessions tailored to the specific needs of various departments, including schools across the UT Austin campus.

Results: Each engagement resulted in more focused, better-equipped teams with actionable plans to guide their work into the upcoming semesters and school years.

Favorite Part of Working with This Client: A particularly memorable moment was leading a strategic planning session for the Graduate School of Education, where one of the participants happened to be April’s former graduate professor. Facilitating that session on the UT campus was a full-circle experience and a deeply meaningful reminder of the lasting impact of this work.
