Dr. April Willis, the Founder, Lead Consultant, and Professional Speaker, established the firm in October 2018. She has a Doctorate and three Master’s degrees (MBA and two MEds). She has worked at the campus, district, and state levels of education and has been professionally speaking since 2013. Her areas of expertise include small businesses, non-profits, start-ups, education, and sales. Additionally, she wrote two books on achieving academic and professional success.
